RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of Gel Hydration Technologies™ products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items.

Policy

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price only.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be unused  

• Unopened  

• In original packaging  

• In resalable condition  

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

Return shipping fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
